Jungle Safari: Book a Morning (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM) or Evening (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM) gypsy safari. Your primary focus will be spotting the Royal Bengal Tiger.

Wildlife: Apart from tigers, Kanha is the exclusive home of the rare Hard-ground Barasingha (Swamp Deer). You may also see leopards, sloth bears, wild dogs (dholes), gaur (Indian bison), and spotted deer.

Nature: Enjoy the serene beauty of the vast sal and bamboo forests interspersed with grassy meadows.

Pachmarhi: October to June. (Monsoons are beautiful but trekking is limited).

Kanha: October 15th to June 30th. (The park is closed during monsoon).

Jabalpur: October to March.

Closest Airport/Railway Station: Jabalpur (JLR) is the main hub. Pipariya is the closest railway station to Pachmarhi.

Arrival: Jabalpur/Pipariya $\to$ Pachmarhi (Drive: ~2.5 hrs from Pipariya, ~4.5 hrs from Jabalpur)

Transfer: Pachmarhi $\to$ Kanha (Drive: ~6 hours)

Transfer: Kanha $\to$ Jabalpur (Drive: ~4 hours)

Departure: Jabalpur.

3. Booking Requirements

Kanha Safari: Must be booked months in advance through the official Madhya Pradesh Forest Department website. Slots fill up quickly.

Pachmarhi Entry: You will need to book a local gypsy for sightseeing within the forest areas (like Bee Falls, Dhoopgarh). Vehicles are readily available in the town.
